Security

The Penthouse is equipped with an ATD security system. Touchpad keyless entry and exit. Deadbolt for added security. You may also lock and unlock the front door from anywhere in the penthouse from the crestron app on the ipad.

ADT Security System

1. Select users: Press Ashland guest

2. Press return button (horizontal arrow)

3. Select ‘arm away’ or ‘arm stay’ depending if you are staying in the penthouse or leaving

4. Enter passcode:3012

5. To disarm enter code 3012 again

NOTE:

•if arm is set away make sure to enter code (3012) within 60 seconds of entering home to disarm the system otherwise the alarm will be set off.

•if showing user screen select Ashland guest

Garage

The garage door will open after entering the code on the keypad and pressing ‘enter’. Press ‘enter’ again to close the garage door.

Garage storage lock code: 3021

Sound

Control sound within the crestron app or sonos app on the ipad. Listen to music, podcasts, and more from any and every room in the penthouse. Connect your personal device to the sound system by using airplay and selecting the HOUSE source.

Lighting

Turn lighting on and off within the crestron app on the ipad. Adjust lighting to your liking, and utilize the “Goodbye” button within the app to power off all lights at once.

Blinds

Use the 3-Day Blinds remotes to control the automatic blinds throughout the penthouse. Choose specific blinds to keep open or closed or control all at once.
